Mother of Dragons

Excited for the 4th season of GoT so here's one of my favourite characters, Daenerys.  I love strong female characters and she's no exception, her having gone through what she has to rise from the ashes (quite literally!) and become a stronger person.  It's also refreshing to see her earn trust and respect as a leader in a male dominated world through acts of kindness, compassion and intelligence as well as demonstrating her power.  DANY FOR THE IRON THRONE!!

Upped the realism level as a self challenge, but I've still exaggerated some features (e.g. eyes are slightly larger than my ref pic of Emilia)  Her eyes are lilac since that's how they are in the books.  This Dany is from Season 2 coz I thought baby dragons would be easier to draw... lol I don't know how to dragon XD  The hardest parts of the whole drawing were posing and rendering each dragon and where I couldn't find refs, I just winged it... (couldn't help the pun haha)
